Live Classes
- Students may cancel using the link provided in the appointment confirmation email sent after booking a class.
- Live classes may be canceled for a 90% refund any time up to twenty-four (24) hours prior to the class time. We retain 10% of the class cost to cover transaction fees.
- Late Cancellation Policy:
- Live classes canceled within twenty-four (24) hours of class start time are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Live classes canceled within twelve (12) or fewer hours of class start time are not eligible for a refund.
- Absent/No-show Policy:
- A student who does not attend class, and has not previously rescheduled or canceled their attendance, is marked as absent (no-show).
- Absent (no-show) students are not eligible for a refund.
- Students are responsible for arriving to class on time. Partial and whole refunds are not issued because the student misses any part of class. Please arrive at class early or on time to avoid missing any part of the class.
- Students may reschedule using the link provided in the appointment confirmation email sent after booking a class. We ask that students please do not reschedule less than twenty-four (24) hours before the class start time.
Workshops
- Workshops may be canceled using the link provided in the appointment confirmation email that was sent after booking the workshop.
- Workshops require a forty-eight (48) hour cancellation prior to the workshop start time.
- Workshops may be canceled for a 50% refund any time up to forty-eight (48) hours prior to the start time.
- Workshops canceled less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to start time are not eligible for a refund.
- Workshops are not eligible for rescheduling. Please do not use the reschedule button in the appointment confirmation email you were sent after booking – this helps avoid rescheduling to another class of lesser monetary value.
Store Content
- Content made available in the Store is PDF content that may be downloaded upon payment.
- As such, Store content is not eligible for a refund.
- You agree upon purchasing Store content that you will not copy, share, or distribute it in any way.
