I would love to have you in class! Please use the schedule below to view upcoming classes and book at a time that works for you. Connect with me to be the first to see each monthly class schedule!
All classes, unless otherwise specified, are approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour in length. All classes are conducted online via Zoom – please ensure you have an updated version of Zoom on the device you will be using to join class. Classes are generally small groups, making them interactive, intimate, and allowing students to get to know one another!

Private Classes
You call the shots! We meet in a free consult to discuss your goals, experience, and injuries/accommodations, then schedule private lessons at a time that suits you. Privates allow you to ask questions, get specific modifications, and receive pose reviews where we workshop poses you request. A truly wonderful tool to progress faster in your practice, deepen your knowledge, and direct your practice to achieve your goals.

Yin & Restorative
Replenish and restore with one of these relaxing classes designed to promote nervous system health. Read this blog post to learn the difference between Yin and restorative yoga.

Specialty Yoga & Workshops
Specialty yoga classes are designed around a specific topic, such as the Chakras. Workshops often run more than 1 hour and are carefully prepared around a certain theme – for example, deep-diving into the nitty gritty of a certain pose. Due to the variable nature of these classes, please check each individual class on the schedule for time duration and pricing details.

Privates Available:
Workshopping Vinyasa Flow: We meet for a 30 minute Zoom call in which I help you refine and perfect your chaturanga-updog-downdog. This “vinyasa flow” is one of the most challenging parts of a yoga sequence, but also one of the most important to be doing correctly in order to build strength and prevent acute and long-term injury.
